Okay, I would like to say, no one. is good in maths and no one is bad is maths. Since I decided to do my PHD I understood one thing, the right answer does not exist and I have to be relax about that. Maybe I will never find the solution that I am looking for, so if you think you are bad in maths, let me tell you one thing, you are maybe better than me if you know less than me, because knowing does not mean understood.
