Tutoring Bio: I find immense satisfaction in tutoring because it allows me to leverage my extensive experience in education and my passion for lifelong learning. Having spent over 10 years in the field of education, I’ve developed a strong track record of quickly adapting and learning in new and complex situations. This adaptability, coupled with my commitment to professional development, enables me to provide a rich, personalized learning experience for each student. Moreover, my background as a Senior Producer and Chief Content Officer has honed my skills in strategic planning, project management, and relationship building. These transferable skills are invaluable in a tutoring setting, where creating a tailored learning plan and building rapport with students are key to their academic success. In addition, my experience as a Guest Teacher and Social Science Teacher has given me the opportunity to teach various subjects to students of different age groups. This experience, along with my expertise in history, Shakespeare, and mathematics, allows me to cater to a wide range of tutoring needs. Finally, my passion for menswear and men’s style, my experience as a fencing referee and coach, and my technological expertise add a unique dimension to my tutoring approach. They allow me to connect with students on a personal level, making the learning experience more engaging and enjoyable. In essence, I love tutoring because it allows me to make a positive impact on students’ lives, helping them to unlock their potential and achieve their academic goals.

About the lesson

My focus is tutoring middle & high school. As an experienced educator I first listen to my students explain their struggles, then start assessing their strengths and challenges. I have worked with students for multiple years to build confidence in their skills but can also help someone that just needs to review for an assessment.
