About Daniel

Hi I'm Daniel! I love playing music, nature and MATH! I have over ten years of experience tutoring math for children of all skill levels and capabilities! Anything from basic addition to calculus (including regents and SAT prep) I have taught with great success! I break down the subject and give context that allows everyone to learn! I am very excited to help you on your math journey!

About the lesson

I approach learning math like building a skyscraper. If the foundation is missing it becomes impossible to build a solid structure. How can we understand calculus if our algebra skills are weak? How can we understand algebra if we can't divide and multiply?

What's unique about my teaching is I have experience teaching everything from 2 + 2 to calculus. As we begin our learning adventure together, I can identify weak spots from previous subjects. Together we can take a step back and make sure we have a foundation that allows you not only to pass your class, but to excel!
