About Kayle
Hi, I’m Kayle, a mathematics major currently pursuing my teaching credential with the goal of becoming a classroom teacher. I specialize in tutoring all levels of math, as well as GED and ASVAB test preparation, working with students from elementary through high school.
I bring a calm, patient, and structured approach to every session, with a strong focus on helping students truly understand mathematical concepts rather than simply memorizing steps. My goal is to make math feel approachable by breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable parts and building confidence through consistent support and practice.
I design each lesson to meet the individual needs of the student, whether they are working to improve grades, strengthen foundational skills, or prepare for exams. I emphasize understanding, problem-solving strategies, and long-term academic growth, ensuring students gain both skills and confidence.
My background in advanced mathematics coursework, along with ongoing teacher preparation and hands-on tutoring experience, allows me to explain concepts in multiple ways until they make sense. I take pride in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I work with students of all levels, including elementary, middle school, and high school math courses such as Algebra and Geometry, as well as students preparing for the GED and ASVAB exams. My focus is on helping each student reach their goals and build lasting confidence in math.

My lessons are designed to be structured, individualized, and adaptable to each student’s specific needs and learning goals. Sessions can be conducted either in person or online via Zoom, using an interactive whiteboard to support clear, step-by-step instruction. I also utilize Google Classroom with clients who maintain consistent weekly scheduling to organize materials, assignments, and progress tracking.
Each lesson is fully customized based on the student’s current level, areas of difficulty, and academic goals. I focus on breaking down concepts into manageable steps, reinforcing foundational understanding, and building confidence through guided practice and independent problem-solving. My approach ensures students not only learn how to solve problems, but also understand the reasoning behind each step.
For ASVAB preparation, I offer a structured, course-style program. This begins with a diagnostic review to assess current strengths and knowledge gaps. From there, I build a tailored study plan that either refreshes previously learned material or reconstructs foundational skills where needed. The course is designed to strengthen mathematical understanding and prepare students specifically for the types of questions and concepts found on the ASVAB.
Across all subjects, each lesson is intentionally designed to support long-term growth, academic improvement, and increased confidence in math.
