About Teresa
I served in the US Army for 10 years, which consisted of teaching a lot of different things to young Soldiers entering. I have 3 children, 7, 16 and 17. My 16 year old is on the Autism Spectrum and my oldest is dyslexic. I have taught both of them their own owns ways to test prep, and I tutor them in all of their subjects to the way they learn best.

I like the parents and student to identify what skills are strong and where work needs to be done. That’s where I start and we grow from there. I like to know their strengths so that I can teach to their strengths while they learn the struggle area. I also like to know how the child learns best. Visual, hands on, drawer? Same goes for study and test prep. Each child memorizes and studies differently.
