About Erik
I am an aerospace engineering student from Brazil who is on an exchange program in Duisburg for two semesters. I can teach mathematics, physics, chemistry and calculus and I have been a tutor for these subjects since 2015. My mother language is Portuguese, but I speak fluent English and advanced German.

Personally, I think that when it comes to exact science, you need practice. That is why I do a lot of exercises with the student. First I show the way, then the student does them with my help until he can do them alone. Exercises are also good thermometers so that I can measure the student's ability, in order to figure out how much I should explain or whether he already knows and only needs the way.
