About Khushi
I am currently a full-time student at the University of Toronto persuing computer engineering. I am available to tutor throughout the summer. I can help students in math and science subjects, whether that be closing learning gaps in school or going beyond the curriculum to prepare for the next year (even university!). I have experience tutoring students K-5, but I am perfectly capable for older students. My academic average was a 96%+ at my competitive highschool and I am passionate about the subjects that I teach. I also love to meet new students and help them get to their very best, and then beyond that as well :)

Through my experience as a tutor, I've come across many different types of students that all required different methods of teaching. However, one common method that I use is teaching through analogies that the student can understand and can apply in mathematical scenarios. I approach subjects in a structural manner and develop basic skills first that can be applied further on in more difficult questions. The last and most important thing I maintain in my lessons is making sure that students don't feel overwhelmed and enjoy learning.
