About Cena
Hi! I'm Cena, a tutor with 12+ years of experience helping students actually understand Math, Physics, and Business, not just memorize their way through exams.
My background is a little different from most tutors. I hold an engineering degree and two postgraduate degrees in quantitative fields, business and economics, and I've spent years working as an analyst, researcher, and entrepreneur, meaning the subjects I teach aren't just academic to me. I use them in the real world, every day, and I know exactly why they matter.
After 12 years of teaching, I've worked with all kinds of learners: students who just need a little extra push, students who are completely lost, and students who want to go above and beyond. Whatever your situation, I'll meet you where you are, no judgment, no rush.

I'm an entrepreneur with an engineering degree and two postgraduate degrees in quantitative fields, business and economics, with 12+ years of teaching and tutoring experience across high school and university-level courses.
I tutor Math, Physics, Chemistry, Commerce/Business, and Economics from Grade 9 through post-secondary.
How I Teach
Concept-first, not formula-first. Most students struggle because they were handed tools without understanding what problem those tools solve. I fix that.
Each session starts by pinpointing exactly where the confusion lives, rebuilds the concept using real-world anchors, and ends with targeted practice to lock it in. No re-reading the textbook at you.
