About Nero

Hello parents and future students, my name is Nero Mathew & I am a passionate teaching professional! My goal is to bring my students to those Aha! moments which drive themselves to become independent and self motivated learners. My philosophy is to show my students that learning is not a chore, but a way of life that can propel ourselves to grow upwards. Join me on this journey to have some of the knock your socks off kind of tutoring your child can ever receive.

About the lesson

Aha! moments in math are possible. I believe that consistently upgrading a student's understanding with each class is essential for promoting genuine engagement. It's been shown that students who experience these “Aha!” moments are more likely to enjoy learning the language of math.

My philosophy is that to better understand the complicated world of mathematics, students must first master not their math skills, but become aware of their own thinking process which hinders their ability to grasp and understand concepts. Math is not about memorizing formulas! It is about learning how to think in the world of numbers.
