I’m a Maths tutor with over 8 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Statistics. My passion lies in exploring how mathematics can fuel creativity in art and design. I specialise in mathematical problem-solving for creative projects. Parametric equations are one of my favourite topics, as they allow us to generate beautiful, dynamic art. I also guide students through Fourier analysis, showing how maths shapes sound and supports digital audio synthesis. Tessellations are another area I love to teach, revealing the geometric foundations behind intricate patterns. To bring these concepts to life, I use software tools like Processing and Blender. These platforms let students experiment, visualise, and apply maths in real-world digital projects. My approach is hands-on, exploratory, and tailored to each student’s creative interests. Each lesson balances structure with creativity, helping learners see the artistic side of mathematics. I aim to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence in problem-solving. Together, we can master mathematics and unlock new dimensions of artistic expression.
