About Ifeoma

About Me:
Hello! I am a passionate and results-driven Online Math Tutor specializing in foundational and middle-school mathematics for students in Grades 1 through 8 (Primary & Lower Secondary).

With extensive, hands-on experience teaching both the US Common Core State Standards, the British National Curriculum, and the Nigerian curricula, I help students bridge learning gaps, build math confidence, and excel in their schoolwork.

Over the years, I have successfully mastered the art of breaking down complex math concepts into simple, bite-sized, and highly engaging interactive lessons. Whether your child needs help mastering place values and fractions, or navigating more advanced pre-algebra and geometry, I adapt my teaching style to match their unique learning speed.

What I Offer:
US Common Core Mastery: Tailored lessons for Grades 1–8 focusing on deep conceptual understanding, word problems, and critical thinking.

British National Curriculum Alignment: Complete support for Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Key Stage 3 (KS3) mathematical frameworks.

Nigerian Curriculum Alignment: complete support for primary 1 through primary 6 mathematical framework tailored to every learner's academic needs.

Interactive & Fun Classes: I use digital whiteboards, educational games, and visual aids to keep young learners completely focused and excited about math.

Patience & Encouragement: I specialize in transforming "math anxiety" into "math confidence" through structured praise and systematic problem-solving.

Let’s unlock your child's math potential together! Book a trial lesson with me today to get started.

About me, I have a Bachelor Degree in education, a TEFL certification and over 15+ years teaching experience.

This is a sign that I can help you move from zero confidence in math to confidence right from my very first class.
