About Rachael
I am a university graduate with a Bachelor of Science majoring in chemistry. I have always had a knack for math and the natural sciences and really enjoy helping others to understand. I am also a lifeguard and swimming instructor, so I do have a lot of experience in teaching children. I have been doing private math tutoring since 2016.

I tend to use the same methods as a math tutor that I do when I am teaching swimming lessons. When I am tutoring I like to have a student attempt a problem from their manual. I watch for where they struggle with the problem and work to strengthen their skills in that particular area.
