About Leina
My name is Leina. I am a student currently studying my masters and am tutoring my little sister for her SATS. Doing this has reignited a love for teaching. And she seems more confident in her addition, subtractions, multiplications etc.
prior to this I have tutored GCSE students on MyTutor for a few years. As I started working after graduation tutoring didn’t fit into my schedule. However now that I am back to being a full-time student I want to once again start teaching and help others fall in love with their numbers, as I did. I truly believe that a subject is only as good as its teacher. One that I prove right every lesson.

I teach in a question and answer manner using science-backed study techniques. A typical lesson is an hour and an hour of prep beforehand. The lessons are for ages from 10-18. I cover maths SATS, GCSE and A level. As my degree focuses on data analytics of DNA I have a more mathematical background. As I am currently studying a degree in bioinformatics my speciality is in statistics and probability and algebraic equations.
