About João Vitor

About Me Hello! My name is João Vitor. I am 25 years old and have been passionate about teaching those around me since my high school days. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG - Brazil) and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Stellar Astrophysics at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Additionally, I have completed a Pedagogical Training program at UniFaveni and am currently a student of Civil Engineering. With 8 years of experience teaching Physics and Mathematics, my background includes: Physics Instruction: Supporting students at both the University and High School levels. Mathematics Tutoring: Providing remedial support for Middle School and High School students. I truly love Physics and Mathematics; being able to combine these two passions through teaching is a wonderful experience!

About the lesson

Teaching Methodology & How Lessons Work Before we begin, I offer an initial consultation to understand your goals and identify your primary challenges. Based on this, I develop a personalized learning plan tailored to your specific needs, whether for University, High School, civil service exams, or military academy entrance exams. With 8 years of experience teaching Physics and Mathematics, I structure my lessons as follows: Duration & Dynamics: Lessons last a maximum of 1 hour, including content explanation, Q&A, and guided problem-solving. Online Resources: Classes are held via Google Meet using a digital tablet for clear visualization. After each session, I provide the written notes and the video recording for your future study. Support Materials: I provide customized problem sets (worksheets) based on the student's requirements. Comprehensive Support: My services range from traditional lectures and problem-solving to assistance with academic/scientific papers and theses, as well as focused prep for STEM-related exams. Investment & Formats Base Rate: USD$ 15.00 per hour (may vary depending on the complexity of the level or content). Formats: Individual sessions or small groups (up to 3 students) with a discount. First Contact: The "free trial" mentioned on my profile is reserved exclusively for our initial consultation, scheduling, and discussing potential lesson packages. I do not provide free instructional lessons. I am always available to answer questions and receive feedback to ensure the continuous improvement of your learning experience.
