About Kashish
I am currently a student of the University of Adelaide perusing Master of Engineering in Mechatronics, while I have a strong and comprehensive background in the field of Engineering as I have completed my Bachelors in the Mechatronics. I didn't have any formal experience in teaching but during free time i used give tutorials at the neighborhood community center.

my teaching method is based on the discussion method. This involves two way communication between the instructor and trainee. By discussing, i able to understand where the student stands so that i can start teaching accordingly. Along with this, I think discussing concept is more active learning experience as compare to lecture. The discussion can help to clarify the different points of view and may assist each trainee to define his or her own opinion. Used in this way, discussion may be more effective in motivating trainees than lectures. Trainees can see that some importance is attached to their contributions.
