About Catherine
I’ve got a Masters from New England Conservatory in Voice, where I also taught theory and keyboard. Prior to that, I trained in violin in college, in solo, orchestra, and chamber repertoire. I’ve got a strong classical background in piano with 10+ years of lessons, and can improvise, play by ear, and teach you to do the same!

I am so passionate about teaching music at all levels and strive to understand each student’s individual perspective and best learning methods! Music is my soul, and I want to help it be part of yours too!
I teach K-12 and adults in voice, violin, and piano, as well as music theory. I love working with many genres of music- from classical, music theater, pop, folk, rock, indie, etc!
