About Vincent

Hello!! My name is Vincent and I am a tutor based in London at the moment.
I am passionate about languages, having dedicated my studies and career to learning and teaching language to people of all ages!

Currently, I myself am studying Arabic (B1) and polishing my French (C1).
I understand and I resonate deeply with the language learning experience, so I would love to make sure it goes as smoothly as possible for those I teach. A comfortable and safe environment, without embarrassment or fear is essential to cultivating your ability in any language.

Most importantly, immersion and consistency is paramount!! You have to do to succeed. Unfortunately, there is no magic trick. But we can make it engaging and fun along the way.

I am a naturally curious person and will come with lots of questions, some easy and progressively more challenging along the way. I will do my best to explain and deliver information in the simplest of terms, in order for you to succeed in your goals. Please let me know what you need, as well as what you hope for, even if only academic support.

About the lesson

For EFL, I use an adapted approach focusing primarily on immersion through games and activities. I believe language learning should be interactive and demanding in a fun way. I am a curious and patient teacher who loves to help work through mistakes and harder points of language. With my linguistics background, I can help with grammar and sentence structure as well.
Depending on your needs, I can be focused more on grammar and vocabulary, on speaking and listening or a mix of all.
I have advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in Arabic as well as experience teaching children successfully with no knowledge of their L1.
For Latin education, I have 12 years experience in learning the language and 3 years tutoring it. I know the best ways to understand its structure.
I am available to teach all ages. If you only need a tutor to help with coursework I am willing and able to work with you on any materials you provide also.
