About Rheena
I am a Masters of Law student with a Bachelors degree in History and Political Science and a Graduate Diploma in Law. I achieved 6 A*s and 2As at GSCE level and 2 As at a level. I have had experience tutoring GCSE level subjects in History, biology, English literature and English language whilst in 6th form. I tutored History and Politics at University.

My teaching methodology is a hybrid of content-focused and learner-centred methods. My aim is to cultivate an interactive environment through discussions and demonstrations. My lessons generally begin with clear learning objectives about the subject content. Discussion is then had to assess the learners strengths and weaknesses on the subject matter. I then tailor sessions and adapt teaching methods to address the learners needs. This takes the form of demonstrations, mini-lectures, further discussions and practising past questions to address weaknesses, to build confidence and develop critical thinking skills in that topic area.
