About Amy

Hello! My name is Amy. I have over 8 years of teaching experience and a true passion for helping students learn and grow.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, and I have spent many years working with students of different ages and learning styles. Teaching has always been something I genuinely love because I enjoy helping people understand new concepts and gain confidence in their abilities.

I am also a parent to six children, so I understand how important patience, encouragement, and support are when learning something new. My experience both in the classroom and as a parent helps me create lessons that are friendly, engaging, and supportive.

My goal is to make learning comfortable, encouraging, and practical, whether we are working on English conversation, writing, or math.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your learning goals!

About the lesson

Hello! My name is Amy, and I enjoy helping students build confidence in English, writing, and math in a relaxed and supportive environment.

My classes are friendly, patient, and focused on helping you improve step by step. I work with students who want to practice conversational English, strengthen their writing skills, or get help understanding math concepts.

English Classes
In English lessons, we focus on natural conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. I help students feel comfortable speaking and expressing their ideas clearly. We can talk about everyday topics, current events, school subjects, or anything you want to practice.

Writing Help
If you need help with writing, I can assist with sentence structure, grammar, organization, and expressing ideas clearly. I enjoy helping students improve essays, school assignments, and general writing skills.

Math Support
For math students, I explain concepts in a simple and clear way. We work through problems together step-by-step so you understand the process, not just the answer. My goal is to make math less stressful and easier to understand.

My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and practical. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

I look forward to helping you reach your learning goals!
