Masters in Education. I love to connect to my students on a personal level so we can together make the best academic learning experience for the student to be successful! I have taught in the public schools and our local community college. Combined over 25 years of experience. I am retired now so I have plenty of time to prepare for creative ways of teaching.

I love to use creative ways to facilitate my students to “think outside the box.” I love to open discussions where the student explores different perspectives on the subject matter then compare it with what the author actually intended. Of course, this is applied to British or English Literature. I used this method when teaching at our local community college. Grammar and spelling are, of course, more complex and concise subjects. But there are ways to make them interesting and fun. I can tutor reading, writing, and spelling, etc.
