About Tricia
Hi, I’m Tricia. I have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a masters in math education. I have 20+ years of experience teaching high school math as well as one on one tutoring. I have taught all levels of math ranging from algebra to high level calculus, including Advanced Placement Calculus BC with over 90% of my students earning a top score of 5 on the AP exam.
I also have spent approximately 20 years specializing in one on one tutoring for the SAT and ACT exam.

Each lesson will focus on your mathematical needs,l. We can focus on any area of math from Algebra up through various levels of Calculus as well as standardized test prep (SAT, ACT, etc).
I will quickly assess your skills and determine what additional skills are needed to reach your goals. I will provide in depth explanations that are easy to understand. I will model proper mathematical techniques and then guide you as you apply those techniques to new problems.
