I always come up with real life examples that picture the future after graduation. I try to put them in the context of tomorrow and involve them as much as possible so they could understand that the learning and the experiences I share is something they will benefit from. Story telling is the best technic I found to illustrate delicate situations they will be exposed to and how they could manage to deal with.
