About Sachin
I teach with a “concept-first, practice-always” approach: build deep understanding of why methods work, then lock them in with targeted problem sets and exam-style questions so confidence and accuracy grow together. My planning is structured but flexible—if a question takes us deeper into, say, exponential modeling or a tricky trig identity, we adapt the lesson on the spot and circle back with a clear summary and next steps so momentum is never lost. I align the scope with recognized high school curricula across Algebra/Geometry/Precalculus and incorporate enrichment like vectors, complex numbers, and matrices for students aiming higher or preparing for competitions and college readiness. The goal is a complete, no-gaps journey through math where students always feel empowered to ask anything, anytime, and see it integrated seamlessly into their course plan.

This course begins with a diagnostic and goal-setting session to map out a personalized route across Algebra 1–2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, introductory Calculus concepts, and Statistics/Probability, ensuring every session is aligned with concrete outcomes and flexible pacing. Algebra coverage includes linear equations and inequalities, systems by graphing/substitution/elimination, functions and their graphs, exponents and exponential growth/decay, factoring polynomials, quadratics (graphing, roots, vertex form), radicals and rationals, and word problems that model real situations. Geometry spans lines and angles, triangles (congruence/similarity), polygons, circles and theorems, coordinate geometry, transformations, perimeter/area/volume/surface area, and proofs to build rigorous reasoning. Trigonometry and Precalculus advance to trig functions and graphs, identities and equations, inverse trig, sinusoidal modeling, sequences and series, binomial theorem, exponential and logarithmic functions, conic sections, vectors, complex numbers (including polar form), and matrices with applications like solving systems and transformations. For students stepping into early Calculus ideas, we preview limits, rate of change connections, and foundational reasoning toward derivatives to bridge smoothly into college coursework. Statistics and probability topics are integrated where needed: descriptive stats, combinatorics (permutations/combos), and basic probability problem-solving aligned to high school standards. Each lesson follows a structured plan—short warm-up and objective, clear explanation with scaffolded examples, guided practice, interactive checks for understanding, and real-world applications; the close includes a recap, micro-assessment, and a tailored study plan until the next session. The curriculum is deliberately open and question-driven: any topic a student needs—from SAT/ACT math reinforcement to matrix methods or conic analysis—can be inserted into the pathway without breaking flow, so it never feels like a limited set of chapters.
