About Kyla

My teaching methodology is designed to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students. I focus on five key areas: First, I inspire students by setting achievable goals and celebrating their progress, helping build confidence and a love for learning. Communication is essential, so I encourage open dialogue, making it easy for students to ask questions and share their thoughts, which helps us work together effectively.

I also understand that each student has unique challenges, so I practice empathy by listening to their concerns and adapting my teaching style to meet their needs. Problem-solving is another important aspect; I teach students to think critically and find solutions to challenges, a valuable skill in language learning and other subjects. Lastly, I hold students accountable for their learning by providing support and guidance while encouraging them to take ownership of their progress. Together, we will make learning both effective and enjoyable!
