About Francisco

Francisco Vallejo Flores, Ecuadorian of origin, currently living in Santa Clarita, California. He is a certified Yoga instructor specializing in Therapeutic-Restorative Yoga and certified in Yoga for the Endocrine System by the International Association of Yoga and Yoguism of Mexico. He has been teaching Yoga classes to groups and individually, in addition to providing individual and group therapy sessions for more than 10 years.

He is a medical doctor and master in Public Health (UCLA), has been a professor at the Central University School of Medicine in Ecuador for more than 10 years, and is dedicated to the well-being of the population by spreading the benefits that Yoga provides to humans, integrating the knowledge of Medicine and Yoga.

About the lesson

Spanish is my mother tongue and I have many years as a professor in the School of Medicine back in Ecuador, currently I am living in California.
Each lesson will always integrate a section of speaking, listening, reading and understanding. We will be talking about the interaction with a native Spanish speaker and others who are using or need to speak in Spanish. Current events and others that are of interest to the student will be analyzed and discussed in every session in order to use the appropriate words and constructed sentences.
