Graduated in Physical Education - Bachelor. Master in Physical Activity and Health. Individualized work, joining theory to practice. Planning of classes based on the student's physical assessment and objectives. Development of dynamic, active and functional classes (day-to-day), using positive / negative feedback and constant stimulus. Continuous and latent follow-up with close student-teacher / teacher-student relationship. Physical evaluations scheduled quarterly. Scientific background and explanation throughout the training process to the student about frequent questions.
