About Timilehin
Hello! I’m Mustapha Timilehin, a passionate gymnastics and fitness coach dedicated to helping beginners and developing athletes improve their skills and physical fitness.
I specialize in beginner-friendly gymnastics, flexibility, strength and conditioning, handstands, floor skills, body control, coordination, and rings training.
My lessons are personalized to each student’s ability and goals. I break skills into simple, manageable steps so you can learn confidently and make steady progress, even if you are completely new to gymnastics.
I offer online coaching for children, teenagers, and adults, with lessons that can be adapted to your available space and equipment.
Whether you want to learn gymnastics from scratch, improve your flexibility and strength, master a handstand, or develop your existing skills, I’m here to guide you step by step.

My online gymnastics lessons are practical, personalized, and beginner-friendly. I coach students through live video sessions from the comfort of their own home.
Each lesson lasts 45–60 minutes and is adapted to your current level, available space, equipment, and personal goals.
During our online sessions, we can work on:
• Beginner gymnastics fundamentals
• Flexibility and mobility
• Strength and conditioning
• Handstands and balance
• Floor gymnastics skills
• Body control and coordination
• Rings training
• General fitness
I demonstrate each exercise clearly, watch your technique during the session, and give you corrections and guidance so you can improve safely and confidently.
You only need a suitable training space, a stable internet connection, and any basic equipment you have available. No previous gymnastics experience is required.

My online gymnastics lessons are available as individual 45–60 minute sessions or as monthly training packages.
Single lesson: #5000 per session
4 lessons/month: #16, 000
8 lessons/month: #30, 000
Each package includes personalized coaching based on your level and goals. We can focus on gymnastics fundamentals, flexibility, strength, handstands, balance, floor skills, rings training, or general fitness.
I also offer 30 minutes trial lesson for new students who want to experience my coaching before choosing a regular package.
Lessons are conducted live online, and students can train from home with a suitable training space and basic equipment where available.
