Hi, I'm Bishesh! I hold a Master of Information Technology (Business Analytics) from the University of Newcastle, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and hands-on software engineering experience. I'm passionate about making technology approachable, whether you're just starting out with the basics: email, word processing, using a laptop or smartphone confidently, or looking to build more advanced skills like coding, spreadsheets, or data analysis. I tailor every lesson to your pace and goals, breaking down technical concepts into simple, practical steps. My Teaching Approach
I take a hands-on, practical approach: you'll be doing tasks yourself from the very first lesson, not just watching me demo things. I start by understanding what you already know and what you want to achieve, then build lessons around real examples: sending emails, using Word and Excel, browsing safely, or writing your first lines of code.
Lesson structure:

My background:
Master of Information Technology (Business Analytics), Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, plus hands-on experience as a software engineer in fintech. This lets me teach everything from complete computer basics to coding fundamentals, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
