About Aligol

I INCREASE the competence, understanding, and grades achieved of EVERY student with my holistic knowledge from industry and education, tailored teaching plans, and development methods.

I have decided to teach a wider community of students online via the Superprof platform because I want to help students from areas further on than my geographical limitations.

The knowledge and experience I gained from my Beng/ Meng of Civil Engineering with Project Management, and the experience in the engineering sector where I worked with clients and contractors to design and develop infrastructure for society, has given me a large base of knowledge across various subject matters that will serve and develop any student who wants to benefit from this.

I have 3+ years of experience serving the community and helping the younger generation. I work with families, groups, individuals, and charities to teach skills and knowledge for people to use to make a better world for all of us.

My teaching style involves tasking the student to produce and explain complex concepts, and then identifying the gaps in their knowledge that prevent them from doing this. Then, a TAILORED teaching plan is made to solve their lack of capability and knowledge, leading to greater memory callback, greater confidence, higher grades, and stronger foundations to build more complex schemas on.

BONUS:
As a bonus, for all students I tutor, I provide them with career advice and career insights from my own experience in engineering, and via my connections and data analysis for every other industry they are interested in. Student who can wire a reward and foresee the benefits of their academia always perform better than those who do not have a reason or a plan for their future.

About the lesson

I GUARANTEE to increase your students' grades in Mathematics with my tailored teaching plans made exclusively to your student's capabilities, skills, and knowledge.

Teaching Method:

The teaching method I utilise is my blend of various leadership and planning methods.
Initially, I will test your student's abilities with a pair of questions and real-life problems that are more holistic and encompassing. I have seen from experience that when students link a reward to their learning they are more engaged, focused, and achieve better results.
I link their rewards to the real-life benefits of achieving higher grades in their academics for better prospects in the future.

Once gaps within your student's competency have been identified, I will create a TAILORED teaching plan with a timeline to achieve a result or grade we mutually agree upon. Reflection and reevaluation points are placed along the plan to assess the student's trajectory with the planned trajectory, and potentially alter the plan if necessary to accommodate absences, spurts in competency, and periods of stagnation.

BONUS:
For any student I tutor, I also give bespoke and accurate career insight and career counselling for their future. Students with a plan for their future can better link a reward for their efforts and have reported great academic achievements across all subjects. They also report a greater quality of life, better mental health, higher resilience, and greater respect for those who guided them.

Aligol possesses the skills to assess students and identify their limiting doubts and stresses that prevent them from expanding their mind and thinking clearly.
