About Ibrahima

Certified, experienced and friendly Teacher helps you improve your confidence to speak French fearless! Native, fun and confirmed french teacher with a many years of experience.
Hello, welcome to my profile!
I am IBRAHIM, a certified teacher of French since many years. I have already helped hundreds of students to improve their communication skills in French.

About the lesson

Certainly! As a French tutor, my approach focuses on engaging and motivating students while helping them develop language skills. Here’s how I share my knowledge:

Teaching Methods and Techniques:
Cooperative Learning: I use group activities where students collaborate to complete tasks. For example, we might solve a fairytale mystery in French, assigning characters like Cinderella, the wicked stepmother, and the prince. Each character asks questions in French to discover who stole the glass shoe1.
Communicative Approach: I emphasize communication over grammar structures. Students learn to communicate fluently, even if not always accurately.
AIM (Accelerative Integrated Method): AIM combines gestures, drama, and storytelling to enhance language acquisition.
Use of Authentic Materials: I incorporate French TV shows, films, music, and podcasts to expose students to real-world language.
Technology Integration: Leveraging digital tools and apps keeps lessons engaging and interactive.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Warm-up: Start with a short conversation or a fun language game.
Vocabulary and Grammar: Introduce new words and grammar rules.
Practice: Engage in speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises.
Authentic Content: Explore French songs, videos, or articles related to the lesson topic.
Feedback and Homework: Provide constructive feedback and assign relevant homework.
What Sets Me Apart:
Personalized Approach: I tailor lessons to each student’s needs, interests, and learning style.
Cultural Insights: I share cultural nuances and context to enhance language understanding.
Passion for Teaching: My enthusiasm for French language and culture inspires students.
Flexible Scheduling: Lessons are adaptable to busy schedules and specific goals.
Target Audience:
All Ages: I teach kids, teens, and adults.
Beginners to Advanced: Whether you’re just starting or want to refine your skills, I can help.
Customized Classes: Lessons can focus on conversational French, exam preparation, travel, or specific themes.
Feel free to ask if you’d like more details or have any specific requests!
