Years of experience as a trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and instructor. Spent years as an athlete, becoming a 4x All-American, but long-term goals of becoming a professor at a major university so I can share the knowledge I have obtained from being an athlete, student, and instructor.

The plan will be to build upon each lesson. A lot of instructors can become very abstract in their teachings, but it is easiest to learn when building and adding on to the previous lessons that have been completed.Lessons are for high school to college level students, wanting to learn and grow their knowledge in the Kinesiology field.
