My teaching approach focuses on making learning simple, meaningful, and engaging for every learner. I use learner-centered strategies such as discussion, questioning, demonstration, hands-on activities, group work, and real-life examples. I encourage pupils to participate actively, express their ideas, and learn from their experiences. I also provide clear explanations, feedback, and appropriate support based on their individual needs.
