About Lena

About the lesson

I hold an MSc in Financial Mathematics and bring over four years of dedicated experience as a Maths tutor. My approach blends precision with creativity, using mathematical storytelling to help students see numbers not just as figures, but as narratives waiting to be told. I’ve guided learners from diverse backgrounds, from high school students to professionals in data journalism, marketing, and research.

Over the years, I’ve mastered the art of turning raw numerical data into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics. These visual tools make complex concepts instantly clearer and more engaging. I believe a well-crafted visual can often explain more than a page of formulas.

My lessons emphasize the “why” behind the numbers. We explore the patterns, relationships, and hidden messages in data. Students learn not only to calculate, but to communicate insights effectively.
