About Max

I have over five years of experience working with children, from summer camp counselor to soccer coach to babysitter to classroom assistant. For two of those, I volunteered as a part-time classroom assistant at a local bilingual elementary school. I also spent my formative years in bilingual school, so I am well versed in the multicultural experience it involves.

I placed in the 94% percentile on the National Spanish Exam in my senior year of high school. But overall, I'm just a chill guy an experienced teacher, so I know how to make my lessons fun and engaging. Trust me, you'll make so much progress, your accent will be flawless, and you'll enjoy the learning process.

About the lesson

If you want to fit in like a native speaker for your next trip or your new job in a Spanish speaking country, I'm the teacher for you. I will teach you proper grammar and vocabulary, as well as localized slang, and I will empower you to greatly improve your accent.

Lessons are for all levels of Spanish and all ages, though I do have over five years of experience working with children.

I will start by assessing your Spanish level with a brief personalized test.

Then, I will work with you to figure out what your top priorities are for learning Spanish. Why are you learning Spanish? What are your goals?

I will make a customized learning plan based completely on your goals for learning Spanish.

I'm unique as a tutor because I am a native English speaker who has learned Spanish since he was an infant, so I was truly raised bilingual. My specialties are teaching phonetics, perfecting your accent, and improving spoken Spanish.
