About Nafeesa
I currently study at Queen Mary University! Even though I am pursuing a Marketing degree, I have such a passion for English! English for me is a guilty pleasure, where i can disconnect from the outside world. It isn't just reading books, it can vary from poetry, watching plays and producing excellent creative pieces from outside references!
Recently, I have undertaken private tuition, on a one to one basis - which was a successful outcome!
I was given the pleasure to carry out lessons, to primary but also secondary school children, and found that with the right balance they had achieved the grades to a good standard!

My overall teaching method has been described as 'exciting'. I tend to use visual imagery as well as a good amount of exam practice throughout different lessons, making sure the children make the most out of their time.
Personally, I believe that the best way of teaching is through engaging at a good level - getting to know my students, understanding their strengths and weaknesses and working on them.
Being interactive is the best approach to teaching, relating it to personal attributes, for example, a favourite T.V show, in order to reach a substantial understanding, and reaching the highest grades possible!
