About Christy
I have been an Intervention Specialist for 28 years in many math classes and Algebra 1 is my specialty. I am experienced in individualizing lessons to meet the needs of all learners. I enjoy working with kids and watching them learn and become more confident math students. I treat all students with respect and dignity and acknowledge individual differences and learning styles.

I have been an Intervention Specialist in an Algebra classroom for 28 years. Simplifying lessons and making Algebra understandable is my specialty for all levels of students. I individualize the lessons and strive to make each student feel comfortable, supported and successful. I like to make learning Algebra fun instead of frustrating.
