About Cobus
I culminated my love for Maths and Science and inspiring people, by embarking on a Teachers Degree, as a second career, in 2014. I graduated from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, with these subjects as my majors in 2018. I achieved distinctions in Mathematics and was elected student of the year in Physical Science. My academic career includes Theology studies, a diploma in Computer Science various courses in Windows, however it is in my study as teacher where I found my niche. I am passionate about these subjects and the learning process of students in understanding the core concepts for these subjects.

As a mature adult, I understand the importance of good, solid foundational teaching and I strive to provide this to my students. The tuition is focused on areas of improvements and core competencies I teach according to Curriculum Assessment Policy Statements “CAPS” and Further Education and Training “FET” grades 8 to 12.
I use Zoom or Google Chat for my classes to accommodate one on one sessions or group classes. The online teaching strives to be interactive and conducive to their understanding.
