About Jen
With over 20 years of teaching experience and five years of dedicated tutoring, I specialize in making math clear, approachable, and even enjoyable for students ages 8–18. I understand that every learner is unique, and I tailor my approach to match their individual learning styles—whether they need hands-on problem-solving, visual explanations, or step-by-step guidance. My goal is not just to improve grades but to build confidence and a genuine understanding of math that lasts beyond the classroom. Beyond tutoring, my background in coaching allows me to support students in developing a growth mindset, overcoming challenges, and finding motivation in their learning. Whether a student is struggling with foundational concepts or preparing for advanced coursework, I meet them where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. Math doesn’t have to be frustrating—I help students discover their strengths, build skills, and succeed.
