About Ninad
I am an engineer and IT professional. I have being teaching maths privately for few years. I really like to connect with my student and understand every student learns differently and at there own pace. Keeping patience and finding a right approach for every student is my motto for success.

My method is simple. I go from topic to topic.
1. Develop a self belief in student.
2. Understand how student thinks.
3. Making interactive conversation and using imagination, examples to understand the concept.
4. Once student graps the concept I shift my focus on problem solving.
5. Next step would be supervising student while they try and solve the problem on there own.
6. Finding and rectifying areas of improvement.
7. My happiness comes from seeing my students succeed
