About Aditya
I'm Aditya, an IB M25 graduate from Bangalore and I am currently pursuing BA LLB at SNU Chennai. I had done Economics, Business Management, and English at the Higher Level; Environmental Systems and Societies, Math Analysis and Interpretations, and French Ab Initio at a Standard level. I had written my extended essay (a 4000-word research paper) on a microeconomic policy analysis and evaluation. Having gone through one of the most rigorous academic programs, I have understood what teaching methods work with different types of students.

Economics is a daunting subject with complex jargon and unappealing graphs. Having taught myself economics and writing level 7 essays in economics in my IB diploma program I have truly understood how I would've wanted economics to be taught to me. Here is how I would envision an economics class to take place:
-Equal preparation from both student and teacher. This allows the teacher the be more familiar with the students' needs;
- Small class sizes to maximise focus and attention;
- Oversimplified examples tailored to the niche interests(or even a more generalised interest);
- Weekly feedback sessions.

I am delighted to recommend Aditya Saju, a recent graduate of the IBDP program at Legacy, whom I have had the pleasure of mentoring over the past two years. Aditya is an exceptionally meticulous, passionate, and dedicated individual who consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence in all his pursuits.
Since joining Legacy, Aditya has played a pivotal role in building and structuring our Model United Nations (MUN) club, serving as a founding member and a driving force behind its success. His organizational skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in shaping the club’s direction, while his extensive experience in MUN has enriched our school community.
Aditya’s ability to document processes and outcomes is exemplary, ensuring that the club’s activities are well-recorded and accessible for future members. Moreover, his enthusiasm for training and mentoring younger students has been truly inspiring. He possesses a natural talent for leadership and is always willing to share his knowledge, making complex concepts accessible and engaging for all.
I am confident that Aditya will be an outstanding mentor to any students who have the privilege of working with him. His dedication, integrity, and collaborative spirit set him apart, and I look forward to seeing the positive impact he will continue to make in the future.I highly recommend Aditya Saju as a tutor for IB Economics due to his intellectual curiosity, motivation, and strong engagement with his academic pursuits. He has been consistently scoring 6s and 7s in the subject and engages deeply with the material. His Extended Essay in Microeconomics, evaluating the impact of Karnataka’s Shakti Scheme on disposable incomes and access to healthcare and education, supported by thoughtful primary research, is a clear sign of his initiative and analytical skills. Beyond the classroom, Aditya actively supports peers by simplifying complex economic concepts and designing revision tools, demonstrating both mastery and a gift for teaching.
