About Lavaniya
Hi, I’m an LSE graduate with a First Class degree in Actuarial Science and currently work as a Senior Pricing Actuary.
I achieved A* in GCSE Maths, A* in A-Level Maths and A in Further Maths. I have always enjoyed maths and want to help younger students build confidence and strong foundations in the subject.
I understand that many students can find maths challenging or intimidating, so I aim to make lessons friendly, supportive and easy to follow. I enjoy explaining concepts step-by-step and helping students develop confidence in problem solving.
I specialise in teaching Years 7–9 maths online.

As a Senior Pricing Actuary with a First Class degree in Actuarial Science from LSE, I bring strong real-world mathematical experience into lessons while keeping sessions engaging and approachable for younger students.
I specialise in teaching Years 7–9 maths online and can help with:
