As I was part of the first group to take the new A-Level format, I can understand any problems that you may face as I have been down the same road as yourself. The way I teach is based on theory and examples. In my previous experience being tutored, I don't steer too much away from the core syllabus as it may be confusing for you as it was for me. I cover all levels of difficulty in a sub-topic to make sure you are as prepared as you could be.
