About Aidan
I am a current gap year student heading to the University of Exeter in September to study English, where I also plan to be a part of the student music scene there. On my gap year I have been working as a Musician in Residence at a primary school, providing both assistance in lessons as well as accompaniment for students on the Piano and Guitar.
I have always had a passion for music, learning guitar at a young age and later teaching myself to play the piano. I am currently a Grade 8 standard in both. With these skills, I now produce and write a lot of my own music on Logic, aiming to pursue this as a career.

With lessons typically lasting an hour, I will be able to tutor students through both the practical and the written elements of the music GCSE. I achieved a 9 at GCSE Music with full marks in composition.
Lessons can range from anything such as doing listening tasks for a wide variety of music, aimed at the written side of the course, or providing feedback for students' compositions and working through a creative process together.
I am a lover of music composition, writing my own songs and pieces as well as producing them through online programmes such as Logic, Garageband and Ableton.
