About Duncan
Full-time tutor with over 2000 hours experience and proven track record.
BSc (HONS) in Physics from Glasgow University, with Maths and Chemistry as part of my degree.
Acting ,Voice & Performance diploma, which has led me to develop an active teaching style based on communication and interaction, rather than a boring, one-sided lecture of information.
Specialising in GCSE level (Years 9, 10, 11).
Full police check (Disclosure Certificate available to view).

I believe in a developing a teaching style tailored for each student's particular needs... some pupils respond better to strict guidelines and prescribed homework, whilst others prefer a more informal discussion about the work and to tackle questions as they come up in the context of the coursework.
My combined background in Maths/Physics (degree) and my Acting/Performance (diploma) put me in the position of being able to offer the syllabus knowledge presented in a more interactive and communicative setting than traditional (and dare I say it, boring!) tutors.
I have had great success with both in-person and online tutoring.

All other cancellations will be rearranged at a suitable time for both student and tutor.
