About Erica
I have spent the past 35 years helping others understand math better. I began tutoring back in middle school when I started helping classmates understand their assignments better. As I moved into high school, many friends would ask for my help studying for math tests. One of my teachers assigned me to work as a tutor in her classroom. It was in that room when I began to recognize all of the common mistakes that students make. That experience has helped me anticipate those mistakes before they happen so I am ready to address them if they do. We will work together to help you understand the step behind any and every type of problem!

I am a local high school math teacher with 20 years of experience. I will utilize my expertise to identify and target skills that need to be practiced and mastered. We will practice examples and discuss the steps involved in solving and evaluating solutions. We will discuss various methods and strategies that you can use when seeing similar problems in the future. I will help you build the foundation that you need in order for you to succeed!
