About Emily
I’m currently taking a gap year before I enrol at university to study literature. I achieved a 9 at GCSE level, and then an A* at a level through the AQA exam board. I also have A* a levels in psychology and philosophy.

As a published fiction writer, I aim to approach every academic issue in a fresh and creative manner. Excelling in English isn’t possible through memorising a textbook or learning quotes off by heart; it takes original ideas, and creative analysis. I’ll encourage you to read widely around the syllabus texts, to interpret the socio-political messages in light of historicism, and expand the boundaries that traditional teaching has placed upon you.
