About Najma
I am a teacher with 13 years of experience working as a tutor, educator, administrator, Vice Principal, and a curriculum developer. I have a Bachelor of Arts, Honors from University of Toronto. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.

My approach to teaching is student-centered and meaning-based. I believe in engaging students first by asking them to think about how a concept relates to their life. Once the connection is made, learning becomes fluid and students can grasp deeper understanding that is lifelong rather than momentary.
