About Lilitha
I am a very kind person, I am extroverted which makes it very easy to get along with me. I am patient and very compassionate. I understand that school is difficult and those as teachers we constantly need to re-evaluate our Methods of teaching. I am young and so am very relatable. I go the extra mile and am a very dedicated individual. I don’t like quitting therefore am not one and I believe school doesn’t require smarts, just a hardworker

My lessons are proportioned in 20 minute intervals each to ensure maximum concentration for my students understanding that NO ONE CAN CONCENTRATE FOR AN HOUR+ straight. I have no problem explaining myself a million times because not everyone is quick to grasp information. We will constantly re-evaluate fun ways to learn understanding that learning doesn’t have to be boring. I also plan on including students in the teaching process and no one is ever too old to learn something new.
