About Tracy
Taught both kindergarten and first grade for a total 21 years. Data collection and individual student data collection guided my instruction to push students to meet their goals. 4 years of online classroom teaching experience as well as 1 on 1 tutoring.

Initially, I evaluate to see where a student is academically. Next, I will talk to the student and establish trust and rapport. Through conversation and a few questions (maybe a short pencil/paper or computer quiz) I will hopefully gain a knowledge of the student’s strengths and weaknesses. Parents will be the most knowledgeable regarding the child, so information will be gathered from the parent before a plan of action is finalized. I am available to do remediation and enrichment as well.
