About Brad
I am an experienced online lifestyle coach who has spent my life passionately pursuing the true meaning of fitness/health and how to find the perfect balance to stay consistent while enjoying the process. Educating others on the importance and possibilities of applying healthy habits into our lives and how these habits can create huge amounts of positive, needed change. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Conditioning Coach and Sports Massage Therapist. My passion however is connecting with my clients on a deeper level to go beyond workout and nutrition programs and to find out who they are, what they want out of life and put measures in places to ensure these positive changes occur.

The main aim is to initially find out exactly what my client expects out of the time we spend working together. Defining realistic goals for each area the client wants to create positive change. I have a set of guidelines which I do follow, however, each and every client is unique and so this is my job as your coach to make sure every client is treated as an individual. As your coach you will not find many others who will be as invested in you. I'm super committed and dedicated to each an every client and my greatest reward is seeing your life change, one milestone at a time.
